Dr. Mark T. White and his wife, Dianne, have served for 45 years in pastoral and denominational ministry. While they have served several congregations in North Carolina, many of their years have been spent most recently at First Baptist Church of Clayton (10 years) and Tabernacle Baptist Church, Raleigh, N.C. (10 years). Dr. White served for three years on the staff of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. Dr. White received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1977), a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (1981), and the Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1984. Dianne graduated from Tift College of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. She received the M.A. in Religious Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest in 1981. Mark and Dianne make their home in Garner, N.C. They have been with us at New Bethel since January of 2020.
New Bethel is Zack’s home church. We are grateful that Zack has served in several roles since 2011. Currently, Zack works with our music ministry and ministry to youth, children, and families. Zack received a Bachelor of Arts (2015) and a research Master of Arts degree in Ethics, Theology, and Culture from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (2017). Zack has completed an ACPE accredited chaplain residency at WakeMed Health & Hospitals (2020), where he also now works as a PRN chaplain with the Department of Spiritual Care. Zack is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Campbell University Divinity School with a concentration in chaplaincy and counseling.
